What Our Patients Are Saying

“Jillian used a combination of acupuncture and cupping to eliminate my severe sciatic pain in only 4 sessions.”

-Michelle, Sciatica

“Jillian is a HEALER!!! I came in to get acupuncture as I am battling the worst sciatic nerve pain I've ever experienced. I've tried everything. PT, pain meds, stretching, steroids. You name it. I decided it was time to try acupuncture and I am so glad I did.”

-Mike, Nerve Pain

“If you want the best acupuncture, I highly recommend Jillian Wang of AcuPremier Acupuncture. I first went to see her more than 2 years ago for my persistent headaches.... the headache disappeared after one session. Since then each time I have acute pain on joints, I go and see Jillian and each time, the pain is resolved. I highly recommend this and Jillian is very professional and accommodating.”

-Bing, Headaches and Joint Pain

“I've been seeing Jillian for three years, and I credit her with getting me through a pretty bad ankle injury, helping with chronic lower back pain, and just giving overall support for physical and emotional health. She's incredibly knowledgeable and interesting to talk to, and she's very intuitive in her treatments.”

-Lauren, Ankle pain, Low back pain, Stress relief

“She used needles this first visit and it immediately alleviated the pain in the back of my head and neck. It took the pain out of my knee, and surprisingly it calmed my vertigo symptoms down a bit.”

-Michelle, Neck Pain, Knee Pain, Vertigo

“Jillian is the most talented acupuncturist I've worked with. Her comprehensive approach and care for her clients makes a world of difference. She's helped me tremendously with managing and healing of painful conditions varying from soft tissue knee and hip pain to migraines and circulation.”

Our Acupuncturist

Jillian Wang, LAc.

Jillian completed her undergraduate degree training at University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. During this time, she worked at an outpatient physical therapy office, and volunteered at the #1 ranked rehabilitation hospital in the US, the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) where she assisted in treating spinal cord injury patients.

After moving to Southern California in 2010, she developed health issues due to prolonged stress. After seeing several specialists and having limited progress with medications, she turned to acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine to help her in the healing process. Through her own experience, she has found her passion for helping others heal through acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Jillian graduated with honors from Yo San University with a degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a specialty in Orthopedics. She is currently obtaining her doctorate at Yo San University with integrative coursework in Women’s Health and Healthy Aging. She is licensed by the California State Board of Acupuncture, and nationally certified in Oriental Medicine by NCCAOM. While in school, she completed her externships at Venice Family Clinic and Wise and Healthy Aging in Santa Monica. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, pilates, traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
