Digital Products Policy — No Returns or Exchanges

Effective date: September 4th, 2025
Applies to: ebooks/PDFs, treatment protocols, acupoint/meridian charts, templates/forms, audio/meditations, and online courses/webinars sold by Acupremier Family Acupuncture Inc (“we,” “us”).

1) Final Sale

All digital product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit, including for accidental purchases.

2) Access & Technical Issues

If you experience file corruption, broken links, or access problems, email info@acupremier.com with your order number and screenshots. We will re-send, repair, or restore access to the exact item you purchased. This assistance does not create eligibility for refunds or exchanges.

3) CEU/CPD Courses (If Applicable)

• Once a course is accessed, a certificate/credit is issued, or a live session has started, the order is final.

• If we must reschedule a live course, we will provide the rescheduled session or equivalent access to the same course content (no refunds/exchanges).

4) License & Use

Digital products are licensed for one practitioner or one clinic location unless otherwise stated. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing content is prohibited. We may revoke access for violations.

5) Fraud & Unauthorized Use

Suspected fraud or unauthorized use may lead to temporary suspension while we investigate. Verified unauthorized transactions will be handled in accordance with your payment provider’s policies.

6) Legal

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights under applicable law. We may update this policy prospectively from the posted effective date. Governing law: CA, USA.
